Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated in Orlando, FL is seeking a Shuttle/Bell Services teammate to provide exceptional guest service while safely transporting guests and team members. You will assist with luggage, greet guests, and coordinate transportation with drivers, ensuring a welcoming arrival area and smooth operations.

The role requires 21+ years of age, a valid driver's license, knowledge of Orlando attractions, and the ability to lift 50-75 lbs outdoors in varying weather

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must meet company motor vehicle policy standards.
• Strong knowledge of the Orlando area, attractions, and local activities.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Multilingual ability is a plus.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50-75 lbs. as needed.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests, owners, and team members while providing exceptional customer service. Operate company vehicles in compliance with safety standards, traffic laws, and company policies. Assist with passenger boarding and luggage handling.
• Support Bellperson duties as needed, including greeting guests, assisting with luggage, providing resort information, wayfinding, and maintaining a welcoming arrival area.
• Coordinate transportation requests using company systems, communicate with drivers and guests, monitor schedules, and support Dispatcher functions as needed.
• Perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, report maintenance concerns, and follow all safety, transportation, and company requirements.
• Complete required documentation, training, and other duties as assigned to support department operations and guest experience.

Essential Duties And Tasks

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

• Previous shuttle, van, or bus driving and/or bell services experience preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• A valid driver’s license is required (minimum of three years driving experience).
• A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement is preferred but not required.
