Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated in Kissimmee, FL seeks a Shuttle Driver to safely transport guests, owners, and team members, while delivering exceptional guest service and coordinating requests with dispatch and drivers.

The role requires a valid driver's license (CDL with passenger endorsement preferred), ability to lift 50–75 lbs, and knowledge of the Orlando area; multilingual ability is a plus. Benefits include a 401(k) match, PTO, travel discounts, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Previous shuttle, van, or bus driving and/or bell services experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and meet motor vehicle policy standards.
• Strong knowledge of the Orlando area, attractions, and local activities.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Multilingual ability is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests, owners, and team members with exceptional guest service.
• Operate vehicles in safety standards, traffic laws, and company policies.
• Assist with passenger boarding and luggage handling.
• Support Bellperson duties and greeting guests.
• Coordinate transportation requests and communicate with dispatch and guests.
• Perform vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
