Corewell Health is seeking a part-time Driver at SITE - Grand Rapids. The role involves transporting staff, patients and visitors to various locations, performing basic vehicle maintenance, and monitoring grounds for hazards.
Requirements include a high school diploma, minimum age, a clean driving record, and a Michigan chauffeur license. BLS certifications may be required depending on policy. Strong communication and situational awareness are essential.
The Driver position is a safety-sensitive position that requires a high degree of responsibility transporting staff, patients, and visitors in a safe, timely and professional manner. The driver must be able to operate a vehicle in all weather and driving conditions with multiple distractions. Drivers are required to perform vehicle inspections, minor repairs, and cleaning duties. They are also responsible for monitoring parking areas and grounds for potential security issues.
