Corewell Health is seeking a part-time Driver in Saint Joseph, MI, to safely transport staff, patients and visitors to various locations. You will inspect and maintain vehicles, monitor grounds for security, and communicate with dispatch while ensuring accurate documentation.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, be at least 20, maintain an excellent driving record, and hold MI driver endorsements. This role requires flexibility and adherence to safety regulations.
The Driver position is a safety-sensitive position that requires a high degree of responsibility transporting staff, patients, and visitors in a safe, timely and professional manner. The driver must be able to operate vehicle in all weather and driving conditions with multiple distractions. Drivers are required to perform vehicle inspections, minor repairs, and cleaning duties. They are also responsible for monitoring parking areas and grounds for potential security issues.
