Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a front-line team member to support parking facility operations. You will assist customers, perform basic vehicle-related tasks, ensure clean and safe bus interiors, and maintain an on-time attendance with a neat uniform.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and flexibility to work special shifts including weekends. A DOT medical card and clean DMV record are required.

Qualifications

• Less than High School education or one month related experience.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Availability to work special shifts, including 3rd shift and weekends.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Maintain neat and clean appearance in complete uniform.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and assist disabled passengers.
• Be present at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.
• Hold a valid state driver’s license and maintain acceptable DMV record.
• Assist customers and direct to Facility Manager when needed.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Coordinate with garage staff for debris, spills, and operations.
• Substitute for cashiers or valets when necessary.
• Know garage layout and major streets in the area.
• Assist with luggage or traveling items when applicable.
• Support Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
