Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, seeks a customer-focused attendant in Jacksonville. Role involves greeting customers, assisting travelers, and maintaining orderly bus interiors. You will be required to stand for long periods, handle luggage, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Valid state driver's license with current address.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Flexibility for shift work including weekends/3rd shift as needed.
• Ability to read and write simple instructions and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and assist disabled passengers.
• Maintain cleanliness of bus interiors and fuel buses as needed.
• Be punctual and in uniform for all scheduled shifts.
• Direct customers to the Facility Manager when required.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations promptly.
• Assist with duties at the garage and help with luggage as applicable.
