Responsibilities

• Safely transport service customers and staff to and from designated locations.
• Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service during all shuttle trips.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented shuttle vehicle.
• Complete daily bank runs, mail runs, and other dealership errands.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
• Assist customers with getting in and out of the shuttle as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the service team regarding customer transportation needs.
• Help coordinate customer pickups and drop-offs.
• Assist with light cleaning and custodial duties as needed.
• Greet and assist service customers when needed.
• Answer phones and direct customers to the appropriate team member.
• Assist with cashier transactions and other basic service department duties as needed.
• Help keep customer and service areas clean and organized.
• Provide general support to the service department during slower periods or as needed.
