Job summary

Schierl, Inc. in Marshfield, WI is seeking a Shuttle Driver to safely transport customers and vehicles to and from the shop, while delivering exceptional service. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with competitive hourly pay.

You will perform routine vehicle inspections, keep the shuttle clean, assist with parts deliveries, and support shop operations with light maintenance and housekeeping duties. Minimum of 2 years driving experience preferred; candidates must follow all safety

We are seeking a Shuttle Driver. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by safely transporting customers and vehicles as needed. This role ensures company vehicles are operated in compliance with all safety procedures and maintained in clean, working condition.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely transport customers to and from the shop and other designated locations in a courteous and timely manner.
• Pick up and deliver parts, tires, and other shop materials from vendors as requested.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on the shuttle vehicle to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Maintain cleanliness of the shuttle vehicle, including interior and exterior, on a daily basis.
• Assist with organizing and stocking tires, parts, and other inventory items as directed.
• Support shop operations by performing light facility maintenance and housekeeping duties, including cleaning restrooms, showroom areas, and removing snow from entryways.
• Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with facility standards.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a professional, customer‑focused attitude at all times.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Extended periods of standing, bending, and lifting tires or equipment.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
