Propark Mobility is seeking a Shuttle Driver in Louisville, KY. This part-time role involves morning and evening shifts, transporting customers safely between the facility and the shuttle stops.

A valid driver's license with at least 3 years of experience is required, along with the ability to operate a passenger van and work flexible hours. The position emphasizes safe driving, customer service, and clear communication with dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility.
• Greets passengers and assists with loading and unloading.
• Operates the shuttle bus safely and complies with traffic and safety regulations.
• Monitors vehicle condition and records any malfunctions or damage.
• Communicates with dispatchers and other staff via two-way radio to coordinate routes, arrivals, delays, and pickups.
• Performs pre/post trip inspections to ensure sound operating conditions.
• Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch of potential problems.
• Reports accidents or safety incidents to dispatch or supervisor.
• Treats customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.

Shuttle Driver

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-time

Location: Louisville, KY

Shift & Schedule: Mornings and Evenings, Monday - Friday

Must Have: 3 Years Driver's License

What we're looking for

• Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility.

• Operates the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all traffic and safety regulations.
• Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms.
• Communicates with dispatchers, drivers and other employees using a two-way radio system to communicate routes, announcing arrivals and delays, coordinating the pick-up of customers, or handling other vehicle or customer issues that arise.
• Conducts pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift to ensure sound operating conditions.
• Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch or supervisor of potential problems.
• Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor.
• Treats all customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.

Must Haves

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be subjected to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The employee is regularly exposed to fumes and airborne particles. The noise level in this work environment can range from minimal to moderate.
