Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Valet/Transport Associate in Texas to drive associates to destinations safely and professionally, while maintaining fleet cleanliness and supporting valet operations.

You will coordinate transportation requests, lift luggage, and stay aware of resort schedules. A CDL, clean driving record, and a neat, professional appearance are required; some overtime may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CDL license required to operate resort vehicles.
• Clean driving record for a 5 year period.
• No citations for 3 years.
• No felony convictions.
• Excellent communication and ability to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Neat appearance and well groomed; professional image.
• Maintain uniform: black pants and slip‑resistant shoes.
• Follow all resort rules and policies.

• Maintain cleanliness of all fleet vehicles, including interior and exterior to HSB

• Access, input and retrieve information from department computer system
• Coordinate, track, and respond quickly to all transportation requests
• Maintain professional composure in high stress situations in order to make last minute changes
• Maintain a constant awareness of resort amenity schedules and promotions
• Must have flexible schedule and be willing to work beyond scheduled hours if necessary
• Lift luggage and assist valet team
• Multi-tasking skills, accomplishing tasks while being aware of guest needs

Employment Standards

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a CDL in order to operate all resort vehicles
• Clean driving record for a 5 year period
• No citations for a 3 year period
• No felony convictions
• Complete knowledge of all state driving laws
• Pass pre-employment background and drug testing
• Exceptional communication skills, detail oriented, and ability to learn in an ever-changing work environment

• Maintain black running shoe which is slip resistant, enclosed toe and heel

Physical & Mental Requirements

• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
