Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a Valet/Transportation Associate at our Horseshoe Bay resort. You will drive associates and guests safely, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and manage transportation requests with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Flexibility in schedule is required, and you will assist the valet team with luggage, ensuring a smooth guest experience while upholding resort standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CDL required to operate all resort vehicles.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills essential.
• Ability to maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and lift luggage as needed.

Responsibilities

General Duties:

• Driving associates to their appropriate destinations in a safe and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness of all fleet vehicles, including interior and exterior to HSB Standards
• Access, input and retrieve information from department computer system
• Coordinate, track, and respond quickly to all transportation requests
• Maintain professional composure in high stress situations in order to make last minute changes
• Maintain a constant awareness of resort amenity schedules and promotions
• Must have flexible schedule and be willing to work beyond scheduled hours if necessary
• Lift luggage and assist valet team
• Multi-tasking skills, accomplishing tasks while being aware of guest needs Employment standards:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a CDL in order to operate all resort vehicles
• Clean driving record for a 5 year period
• No citations for a 3 year period
• No felony convictions
• Complete knowledge of all state driving laws
• Pass pre-employment background and drug testing
• Exceptional communication skills, detail oriented, and ability to learn in an ever-changing work environment
• Pleasant personality
• Neat in appearance and well groomed
• Maintain proper associate uniform standards, including black pants
• Maintain black running shoe which is slip resistant, enclosed toe and heel
• Always follow all Resort rules and policies Physical & Mental Requirements:
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to run or move quickly to provide prompt service
• Must be able to sit, walk, and stand for majority of work schedule
• Must be able to communicate effectively with the general public
• Must be able to communicate and disseminate information accurately.
• Must be able to speak, comprehend reading materials and write English.
• Must be able to interact with co-workers and have a sense of TEAM.
