Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Shuttle Driver in Honolulu to greet customers and provide safe, timely transportation between dealership locations. You will ensure a professional experience, maintain the shuttle vehicle, and support service staff as needed.

The position requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Lithia offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits within a dynamic automotive group.

Qualifications

• Typing to enter accurate information into tracking systems.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Offer transportation to and from destinations and be available for pickup when needed.
• Drive safely and follow traffic laws to ensure a positive experience for customers.
• Keep shuttle vehicle clean, fueled, and well-maintained; report maintenance needs.
• Assist Service Advisors and, when needed, perform duties of Service Porter.
• Maintain a valid local driver’s license and notify management of changes.

Hiring: Shuttle Driver

• Pay: $20.00 Hourly
• Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Offer customers transportation to and from their destination, providing them a way to contact you if needed for pick-up.
• Drive cautiously and safely staying within the laws of the road.
• Ensure the customer's experience while being transported is professional, stress-free, and timely.
• Drive customer's vehicles in a way that shows respect for their property. Drive safely and with caution.
• Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean and fueled. Fuel it in the afternoon so it will be ready during the rush in the morning.
• Ensure that shuttle vehicle has regular maintenance.
• Maintain clean and organized work area including the shuttle vehicle.
• Assist Service Advisors as needed.
• Assist in job duties of Service Porter whenever possible, in his/her absence.
• Maintain a valid local area driver's license and acceptable driving record. Immediately inform management of any changes in status.

Total Rewards

The hourly wage for this position is $20.00.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
