At Crescent Hotels & Resorts, the Double Tree by Hilton South Charlotte Tyvola is looking for an AM and PM Shuttle Driver. The driver will assist guests with luggage, perform pick‑ups and drop‑offs locally, and support front‑office operations with check‑ins and check‑outs.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage and perform pick‑ups and drop‑offs locally.
• Help guests with check‑in and check‑out procedures and check luggage as needed.
• Drive the hotel van with an excellent driving record verified by a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Read luggage tags and claim checks, write numbers and names on claim checks and rooming lists.
• Lift and carry packages, boxes, and luggage up to 75 lb and perform tasks that require bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times; communicate effectively with guests and co‑workers.
• Be a team player, willing to support co‑workers and help with job duties.
• Communicate in English and have knowledge of hotel service, local events, and activities.
