Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective communication with co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers.
• Schedule and dispatch resources to locations according to customer requests and work orders.
• Ensure timely and efficient movement of team members per schedules.
• Oversee all communications within assigned area(s).
• Record and maintain dispatch information and schedules.
• Coordinate with supervisors to address questions and coverage needs.
• Compile statistics and reports on work progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
