Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Airport Shuttle Bus Services operation in Orlando. You will oversee daily shuttle operations, safety, customer service, and regulatory compliance while driving profitability and strategic growth.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years of senior management in commercial passenger transportation, a valid Florida CDL, and the ability to manage budgets and relationships with customers, partners, and the Aviation Authority.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of verifiable management experience in commercial passenger bus transportation.
• Two years in airport bus transportation.
• Current and valid CDL in Florida for commercial passenger bus transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shuttle operations including transportation, maintenance, safety, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Manage budgets and financial performance of the division.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team and foster continuous improvement.
