Job summary

WM is seeking a Shredding Specialist to join our on-site operations. The role involves receiving, segregating, and loading wastepaper into shredders and supporting warehouse tasks. You will coordinate truck parking and maintain a safe, productive work environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and forklift experience. On-site pay starts at $22/hour with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a large, sustainable organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unloads shredded paper and materials from trucks nightly.
• Operates baling machinery and keeps area clean and organized.
• Maintains safety and security while loading and unloading.
• Drives and operates forklifts; performs routine maintenance as needed.
• Ensures all waste and paper bales are staged for shipment per guidelines.
• Participates in off-site shredding program as needed.
