Vital Records Control Companies seeks a Shred Specialist to join the local operations team. You will receive, segregate and load wastepaper into a shredder and support daily warehouse tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Key duties include unloading and staging materials, operating shredding and baling equipment, and ensuring bales are ready for shipment. A team player with a safety mindset is essential.

Formación

• Two years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Six months of forklift driving is preferred.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Basic knowledge of forklift truck driving and maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Unload and stage shredded paper, media, and product from trucks.
• Operate and maintain shredding and baling machinery.
• Ensure all paper bales are staged or loaded for shipment as required.
• Perform shredding operations in support of off-site shredding program.
• Operate forklifts and perform preventive maintenance on forklifts.
