Job summary

Corodata is seeking a Shredding Product Line Manager reporting to the VP of Operations to drive performance, growth, and compliance of the shredding business across California. This role serves as the SME for shredding services, supporting Sales, Operations, IT, Accounting, and Executive Management.

You will own pricing, revenue management, and operational excellence, lead vendor relationships, ensure NAID/HIPAA compliance, and guide field operations and analytics with IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, databases and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Pricing strategy, pricing tools, and annual price increase processes.
• Provide advanced sales support for large or complex opportunities.
• Vendor and subcontractor management with cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead regulatory compliance activities and audits (NAID, HIPAA).
