Job summary

Corodata seeks a Shredding Product Line Manager to lead pricing, revenue optimization, and strategic direction for the shredding business. You will support Sales, Operations, IT, and Finance while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

This role is the subject matter expert on shredding services, driving performance, customer satisfaction, and vendor partnerships across California and nationwide operations. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong pricing, contracts, and compliance knowledge with vendor management.
• Experience in cross‑functional leadership and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

• Own shredding pricing strategy, tools, and approvals; lead price increases.
• Provide advanced sales support for complex opportunities and RFPs.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and partners.
• Oversee statewide shredding operations, efficiency, and service standards.
• Collaborate with IT and accounting on reporting and financial results.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in audits.
