Qualifications

• 5-10 years of manufacturing work experience.
• 2-5 years of managerial experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shredding production, maintenance, and quality control.
• Assign daily duties to operators, pickers, and cleaners.
• Maintain safe work environment and train staff on safety procedures.
• Develop 6-month plans for repairs, upgrades, and projects.
