Job summary

V Theater Group LLC is seeking a Theater Operations Manager to lead day-to-day theater functions on the Las Vegas Strip. You will oversee box office, showroom, and bar operations, ensure on-time shows, and maintain high guest service standards.

The role requires a strong leader with experience in theater/showroom environments, staffing, scheduling, and ticketing systems. You will collaborate with producers, manage incidents, and uphold safety policies in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven management experience in an operational capacity.
• 2+ years of experience in a theater, showroom, or live production setting is highly desired.
• Experience with internal and third-party ticketing systems and programs.
• Proven experience managing a large team of employees with various job duties.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all theater departments, including the box office, showroom, and bar.
• Ensure shows run on time and guests receive excellent customer service.
• Interact with producers and cast; handle escalated guest complaints professionally.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training for new hires.
• Coordinate with facilities and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
