Qualifications

  • 3+ years' progressive hospitality management experience.
  • Experience in high-volume restaurant or nightclub operations.
  • Experience with union and labor relations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and back-office programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front-of-house staff and operations across restaurant, bar, events, and concerts.
  • Hire, train, schedule, and supervise hourly staff.
  • Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and financial reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, IT, HR, and Accounting on staffing and programming.
  • Monitor inventory, costs, and revenue reports; analyze for trends.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety regulations.
