Qualifications

• Knowledge of entertainment offerings, show schedules, pricing, and amenities beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with ticket purchases, reservations, will-call orders, and verification.
• Upsell and cross-sell show offerings with accurate information.
• Process cash, credit, and other payments; balance cash drawers.
• Respond to guest inquiries and telephone calls; resolve ticketing concerns with high service standards.
• Use ticketing software to process transactions and maintain records for daily operations.
