Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Showroom Manager to oversee daily showroom operations and guest experiences for live entertainment and events.

You will lead front-of-house activities, seating, VIP accommodations, and event readiness while coordinating with multiple departments to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ticketing, box office or showroom operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily showroom and front-of-house operations, including event preparation, guest admissions, seating arrangements, VIP accommodations, and overall venue presentation
• Lead and develop showroom team members through scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, and daily operational support
• Collaborate with Entertainment, Production, Security, and other departments to coordinate event logistics, guest flow, staffing needs, and operational readiness
• Oversee guest service standards, resolve escalated guest concerns, and ensure a welcoming and memorable entertainment experience
• Monitor showroom safety, accessibility, crowd management, and emergency procedures to maintain a safe and organized environment
• Evaluate daily operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement processes that enhance team efficiency and the overall guest experience

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in ticketing, box office or showroom operations required
