Job summary

Indochino in San Diego seeks a results-focused leader to drive showroom sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will guide the team to meet daily revenue goals, manage appointments and traffic, and coach staff to exceed KPIs while maintaining operational excellence on the sales floor.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, retail experience, and a passion for menswear fit and tailoring, with flexibility for evenings and weekends to support showroom needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience in fashion or customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills with a collaborative approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by leading the team to meet and exceed daily revenue and metric-based goals.
• Support showroom KPIs including sales targets, conversion rates, UPT, and AOV.
• Assist in managing customer appointments and walk-in traffic.
• Hold team members accountable for achieving personal and team KPIs.
• Provide guidance and coaching to improve performance and customer interactions.
• Build relationships with high-value clients and ensure top-notch service.
• Manage floor operations, staff scheduling, and smooth workflow.
• Act as acting leader on the sales floor when the Showroom Manager is absent.
• Oversee fittings and alterations, communicate customer requirements to tailors.
