You will oversee floor operations, fittings, and scheduling, mentoring teammates and ensuring KPI targets are met while building relationships with high-value clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Keen understanding of menswear products and tailoring processes.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by leading the team to meet and exceed daily revenue and metrics.
• Support showroom KPIs, including sales targets, conversion rates, UPT, and AOV.
• Assist in managing customer appointments and walk-in traffic.
• Lead on-floor operations and act as showroom leader when manager absent.
• Provide coaching to team members to improve performance and service.
• Build relationships with high-value clients and ensure their needs are met.
