Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by leading the team to meet and exceed daily revenue and metric-based goals.
• Support showroom KPIs: sales targets, conversion, UPT, AOV.
• Assist in managing customer appointments and walk-in traffic to maximize opportunities.
• Hold team members accountable for achieving KPIs and provide coaching in the moment.
• Build relationships with high-value clients and deliver top-tier service.
• Oversee daily operations on the showroom floor and safety/compliance tasks.
