Job summary

Responsibilities include managing fittings, alterations coordination, and partnerships with local businesses, with a focus on growth, retention, and operational excellence. A strong menswear background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience, fashion preferred.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Solid understanding of menswear products, fittings, and tailoring processes.
• Decision-making autonomy with the ability to act independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer appointments and walk-in traffic to optimize sales.
• Own and drive showroom KPIs, including sales plan, conversion, UPT, AOV, and remake costs.
• Analyze showroom sales data and implement growth plans.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing showroom team.
• Maintain showroom operations: appearance, cleanliness, payroll, staffing, and scheduling.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and coordination with District Manager.
