Indochino in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Retail Showroom Manager to drive sales through managed appointments and walk-in traffic. You will lead a high-performing team, oversee fittings and alterations coordination, and collaborate with marketing to increase showroom foot traffic.

The role requires strong leadership, customer-service excellence, and solid menswear knowledge. A proactive, measurements-driven mindset will help you optimize KPIs and ensure exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership to develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of menswear, fit, and tailoring.
• Proficient in iOS and MS Office; retail software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer appointments and walk-in traffic to drive sales.
• Own and drive showroom performance metrics, including sales plan and AOV.
• Lead and develop showroom staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with marketing to increase appointments and foot traffic.
• Build partnerships and manage Book of Business programs.
• Ensure showroom operations meet brand standards and efficiency.
