Job summary

Warners' Stellian Appliance Co. Inc. is seeking a part-time Showroom Support Specialist to greet customers, route inquiries to sales staff, and manage basic cash and record-keeping tasks.

The role supports in-store and phone service while earning commissions in addition to hourly pay. Employees receive discounts on appliances and participate in social events throughout the year, with evenings and alternating weekends as part of the schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the front desk and determine the purpose of their visit.
• Notify the appropriate sales associate when assistance is needed.
• Directly handle incoming phone calls and route them appropriately.
• Balance cash and credit card accounts.
• Look up customer records using NetSuite software.
