Warners' Stellian is seeking an Appliance Specialist to join our sales team in Overland Park, KS. Earn $100K+ in a dynamic, commission-driven environment while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include needs-based selling, delivering persuasive demonstrations, managing quotes and orders, and coordinating deliveries to ensure a seamless customer journey. Weekend availability and travel for training are required.

Qualifications

As An Appliance Specialist, You Will

• Connect with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions using strong product knowledge.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations, confidently address questions, and apply effective closing strategies.
• Manage the full sales process—from quoting and order entry to delivery coordination and proactive follow-up—to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Foster lasting client relationships.

• Weekend availability. Must be available every other weekend, Sat: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Sun: 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
