Imperial Brady in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Showroom Sales Associate to handle high-volume calls and walk-in customers in a POS environment. You will identify customer needs, build trusted relationships, and document interactions while maintaining showroom standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and face-to-face customer service experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume calls and face-to-face walk-in customers.
• Interact with customers in a Point-of-Sale environment.
• Identify and evaluate customers’ needs to offer appropriate solutions.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open discussions.
• Manage complaints and provide proper solutions and options.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents.
• Stock shelves and keep the showroom clean and presentable.

You Will
