Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Showroom Sales Associate in Birmingham, AL, to join a dynamic, customer-focused team. The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with responsibilities spanning high-volume inbound/outbound calls and in-person service at the showroom.

You will identify customer needs, build trust through open dialogue, handle complaints, and maintain accurate records while keeping shelves stocked and the showroom presentable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds comfortably and unassisted.
• Retail and face-to-face customer service experience highly preferred.
