Imperial Brady in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Showroom Sales Associate to handle high-volume calls and walk-in customers in a POS environment. You will identify customer needs, build trusted relationships, and document interactions while maintaining showroom standards.

This role requires a HS diploma, strong communication, ability to lift 50 lbs, and retail experience; schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with opportunities for professional growth within a national distributor.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills are essential for customer interactions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds to handle showroom stock and displays.
• Retail and face-to-face customer service experience is highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Handle high-volume calls and face-to-face walk-in customers.
• Interact with customers in a Point-of-Sale environment.
