Vida Shoes International in New York is seeking a Showroom & Sample Coordinator to support sample development and showroom presentation for the Kids division. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to move boxes and shoes throughout the building.

You will manage shipping and receiving, coordinate with overseas factories, and assist design, sales, and merchandising teams.

Formación

• A./B.S. degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong computer skills.
• Problem solving with ability to identify and implement solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn footwear product development process.
• Ability to move boxes and carry shoes throughout the building.
• Hardworking with a passion for getting things done.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all shipping and receiving for the Kids division.
• Manage showrooms – making sure all samples are presented and kept clean.
• Manage sample storage – keeping track of confirmation and production samples.
• Liaison between customer sample requests and overseas factories.
• Keep track of all sample requests for customers.
• Logging and reporting on all outgoing samples.
• Support design, sales and merchandising team as needed.
• Sample approvals via WorkZon.
