Leslie’s in Cranberry Township is seeking a Sales Professional to provide an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will help customers find the right pool, spa, and backyard products, building relationships and guiding them from inquiry to purchase.

This role offers comprehensive training, base pay of $16.00 per hour plus commission, and opportunities for career advancement within the Leslie’s network.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers to understand needs and guide them through the sales process.
• Build strong customer relationships with knowledgeable, friendly service.
• Develop understanding of product features, benefits and applications.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations.
• Follow up with customers to develop new business and referrals.
• Support purchases, returns, and other customer service needs.
• Handle concerns professionally and work toward solutions for customer and company.
• Complete required product, sales, and operational training promptly.
• Assist customers with loading merchandise and stock displays.
• Maintain organized product displays and inventory awareness.
