Job summary

Leslie's Poolmart Inc in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking a Sales Professional to deliver an exceptional customer experience, helping customers choose pools, spas, and backyard products, guiding them from initial conversation to purchase.

No prior pool/spa industry experience is required; comprehensive product and sales training will be provided. The role combines product knowledge, consultative selling, and showroom duties, with pay at $16 per hour plus commission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years sales experience preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills with ability to identify needs, recommend solutions, and close sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Basic business math skills, including percentages.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand needs, recommend products, and guide through the sale.
• Build relationships by providing knowledgeable, friendly service.
• Develop understanding of product features, benefits, and applications to assist customers.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations.
• Follow up with customers to develop new business and referrals.
• Provide support with purchases, returns, and other customer service needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory awareness and follow POS procedures.
• Stock and merchandise products and maintain displays.
• Keep showroom and stock area clean and organized.
• Support social media content and store initiatives.
