Leslie's in Greensburg, PA is hiring a Sales Professional to create an exceptional customer experience and help customers find the right pool, spa, and backyard products. The role blends consultative selling, relationship building, product knowledge, and showroom responsibilities.

No prior pool or spa experience is required; comprehensive product and sales training will be provided. Pay rate is $16.00 per hour plus commission.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to learn product information and sales processes.
• Reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to stand 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Engage customers to understand needs and guide through sales.
• Build relationships by providing friendly, professional service.
• Develop understanding of product features, benefits, and applications.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations.
• Follow up with customers to develop new business and referrals.
• Provide support with purchases, returns, and other service needs.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward solutions.
• Complete required product, sales, and operational training.
• Perform pool and spa water testing and provide product recommendations.
• Assist customers with carrying and loading merchandise.
• Maintain inventory awareness and follow POS procedures.
• Stock and merchandise products and maintain displays.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and stock area.
• Support social media content and store initiatives.
• Collaborate with team to support store performance.
• Follow company policies and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
