Gunton Corporation seeks an organized showroom coordinator to support customer satisfaction, quotes, orders, and showroom operations. You will work with Sales Representatives to meet branch performance goals and ensure accurate input into our systems.

Based in the McMurray showroom, this role requires weekday hours 9:00am–5:00pm with a rotating Saturday schedule. Prior retail experience is preferred, and a college degree is a plus.

Qualificações

• Showroom-based role requiring weekday hours 9:00am–5:00pm with rotating Saturdays.
• Preferred experience in a retail environment and strong customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Support showroom operations and coordinate inside selling procedures.
• Engage with customers in person and by phone to generate appointments.
• Input information into the customer management system accurately and timely.
• Develop product and process knowledge, including quoting and contracts.
• Communicate service needs to the customer service team promptly.
• Assist in training new employees and participate in promotional events.
• Maintain showroom housekeeping and inventory of literature and supplies.
• Promote and generate Google reviews and support outside representatives.
• Ensure adherence to Gunton Corporation policies and standards.

Conhecimentos

Retail experience

Formação académica

High School diploma or equivalent

College degree is a plus
