Job summary

Gunton Corporation in McMurray, PA is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support showroom operations and drive customer satisfaction. You will coordinate inside selling procedures, respond to quotes and inquiries, and work with Sales Representatives to meet branch performance goals.

This role requires a High School diploma, showroom availability Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm with rotating Saturdays, and prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work at the Showroom location Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, and a rotating Saturday schedule.
• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• College degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• This position will work out of the McMurray showroom.
• Engage with customers in the Showroom and over the phone.
• Convert contacts into appointments for the outside sales team.
• Input information into our customer account management software accurately and timely.
• Develop product and process knowledge, including the quoting system.
• Prepare quotes and proposals from customer requests.
• Communicate customer service needs to the service team promptly.
• Assist in training new employees and participate in showroom promotions.
• Manage mailing, filing, supplies, and literature; maintain a clean showroom.
• Promote Google reviews and support all business segments in the Showroom.
