Pella Windows and Doors by Gunton Corporation in McMurray, PA is seeking an Inside Sales/Showroom Assistant to support showroom operations, engage customers in person and by phone, and convert inquiries into appointments with outside sales representatives.

You will input accurate data into our CRM and quoting system, develop product and process knowledge, assist training of new staff, and maintain a clean, professional showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Showroom role requiring daily customer interaction in person and over the phone.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to learn product and process knowledge quickly to quote accurately.

Responsabilités

• Work out of the McMurray showroom and engage showroom customers.
• Convert inquiries into appointments for outside sales reps.
• Input data into CRM and quoting system accurately and timely.
• Develop product knowledge and navigate the Pella quoting system.
• Promote showroom events and maintain a professional office environment.
• Assist in training new employees and support marketing/promotional activities.
