The role involves merchandising tasks, inventory accuracy, basic furniture assembly, and collaboration with leadership to meet company standards. Prior retail exposure and strong MS Office skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting KPIs and guest satisfaction targets.
• Drive sales through SPH and other store metrics; analyze daily results with leadership.
• Maintain showroom merchandising and labeling per style guides.
• Assist with furniture assembly and showroom preparation as needed.
• Uphold asset protection and inventory accuracy; follow company procedures.
• Support store operations and guest experience with flexible duties.
