Living Spaces is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist at our Mission Valley CA store. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while meeting SPH targets and company KPIs.

You will keep the showroom inviting, assist with furniture assembly, and use POS systems to support daily operations. Ideal candidates have at least one year in retail, comfortable with high-volume environments, and a dedication to brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Retail experience in a direct customer-facing environment preferred with high-volume exposure.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and store systems is expected.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales performance against SPH and KPIs while delivering top-notch guest satisfaction.
• Analyze daily results and collaborate with leadership to improve behaviors and monthly proficiency plans.
• Maintain showroom merchandising, labeling, and adherence to style guides on the floor.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and follow asset protection and loss prevention standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and showroom readiness per company guidelines.
• Utilize store systems and processes to support efficient store operations and guest experience.
