Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture in Fremont, CA is seeking a Sales Specialist 1 to deliver an exceptional guest experience by executing the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model and driving sales per hour toward KPIs. You will maintain showroom visuals and create an inviting environment to support revenue objectives.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience preferred, along with basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; at least 1 year of retail experience in direct customer interaction.
• Prefer high-volume retail experience; combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience in Microsoft Office programs required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance against targeted SPH (Sales Per Hour) and company KPIs while achieving high levels of guest satisfaction as measured by survey results.
• Promote a positive, guest-focused store culture that supports revenue objectives and brand standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with company asset protection and loss prevention standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and preparation according to company guidelines.
