Qualifications

• Three years of leadership experience in retail management is required.
• Professional leader with excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Computer skills and the ability to learn new programs.
• Desire to succeed in a revenue-driven atmosphere.
• Proven track record of sales success in a retail environment.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of sales associate performance, sales, operations and financial performance.
• Train and develop a high performing sales team.
• Coordinate showroom operation by setting goals for sales consultants.
• Set objectives, plan, organize, and direct sales associates to meet objectives.
• Coach sales consultants to meet monthly sales goals and develop action plans.
• Monitor consultant performance against monthly objectives.
• Maximize merchandising by managing displays, signage and store layout.
• Mentor, coach and motivate teams to achieve results.
• Assist sales consultants in the selling process and enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Perform additional functions as assigned by management.
