Job summary

Dal-Tile, the leading tile and natural stone manufacturer in the United States, invites you to lead a Design Sales Showroom team in a growing market. As Manager Showroom Sales, you will drive revenue and customer satisfaction in your geographic area.

You will recruit and develop sales staff, execute marketing initiatives, log client interactions in CMT, and host events to attract new customers. Travel about 50%; strong communication and leadership required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of management experience.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive new business in the assigned markets.
• Recruit, train, lead, and develop associates in all areas of job specific responsibilities.
• Log all client showroom visits and notes in CMT.
• Promote showroom through marketing/media and events to optimize exposure.
• Plan and host events to draw new customers into the Showroom.
