Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 6-8 years’ relevant experience or equivalent combination
• 1-3 years of management experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive new business and relationships in the assigned markets.
• Recruit, train, lead, and develop associates in all areas of job-specific responsibilities.
• Define goals for Showroom personnel and communicate them regularly.
• Log client showroom visits and preferences in the system.
• Promote the showroom through marketing and events to maximize exposure.
• Maintain design aid tools to help secure sales.
• Make outside sales calls and follow up on leads.
• Ensure safe operations of the showroom and proper opening/closing.
• Plan and host events to attract new customers.
• Maintain showroom samples and merchandising.
• Attend industry events to network and promote the showroom.
• Make decisions within policy guidance and unit goals.
• Provide direction to the team and manage schedules.
• Act as advisor and resolve problems as needed.
• Review factors to analyze situations and resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as needed.
