Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the showroom team to meet daily revenue and KPI goals.
• Manage customer appointments and walk-in traffic to maximize sales.
• Oversee floor operations, openings/closings, and safety standards.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent customer interactions and experiences.
