Indochino in Nashville seeks a retail team leader to drive daily sales and ensure top-tier customer service. You will coach staff, manage appointments, and oversee showroom operations to maximize conversions and client satisfaction.

You will mentor team members, uphold brand standards, and act as the floor lead when the showroom manager is away, delivering a premium shopping experience for clients seeking tailored menswear.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail or customer service with fashion focus.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of menswear, fit and tailoring processes.
• Ability to remain composed and lead during high-energy periods.
• Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and iOS applications.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as showroom needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by leading the team to meet and exceed daily revenue and metric-based goals.
• Support showroom KPIs: sales targets, conversion rates, UPT, and AOV.
• Manage customer appointments and walk-in traffic to maximize opportunities.
• Hold team members accountable for achieving KPIs.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to improve performance and service.
• Build relationships with high-value clients and meet their needs with premier service.
• Assist with daily floor management, scheduling, and smooth workflow.
• Serve as acting sales floor leader when the Showroom Manager is absent.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience and handle issues professionally.
• Collaborate with tailors to communicate customer fit requirements.
