Collaborate with marketing to increase appointments and foot traffic, build corporate partnerships, oversee fittings and alterations, and ensure seamless operations—from payroll to inventory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience with proven sales targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop a high-performing showroom team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and execute customer appointments to drive sales and deliver an exceptional experience.
• Oversee walk-in traffic to maximize sales opportunities and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Own and drive showroom KPIs, including sales plan, conversion, UPT, alterations cost, and AOV.
• Analyze showroom data to identify growth opportunities and implement action plans.
• Build relationships with clients, provide personalized service, and conduct post-purchase follow-ups.
